1. Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-out: Until 11:00 a.m.

Early check-in or late check-out: Subject to availability and with a charge of 50% of the nightly rate.

2. Maximum Capacity and Additional People:
Only the number of people indicated at the time of booking is allowed.

Additional person: S. 50.00 per night (during low season), by prior arrangement.

3. Pets:

Pets areallowed.

4. Safety and Energy Saving:

Whenever you leave the house, please lock the doors and turn off the lights.

Please remember that we are in a rural area with limited access to water. Please help us protect it by avoiding unnecessary use.

5. Cleaning:

The kitchen must be left clean and with dishes washed. Otherwise, an additional fee of at least S. 60.00 will be charged for kitchen cleaning.

If the house is left in a significantly messy or dirty condition, a minimum fee of S. 100.00 will be charged.

6. Damage or Loss:

In the event of damage or loss of items (household items, linens, faucets, walls, furniture, board games, etc.), it must be reported immediately. We will assess the damage and provide a replacement amount.

Any damaged or lost items must be paid by the guest.

7. Use of the Grill:

Fee: S. 65.00 (check availability in advance).

8. Additional recommendation:
